My bike

First of all, congratulations to Bubhead and Ash-hole for the recent purchase of A HOUSE!!! Good for you guys, and I know so little about it. Where is it, what's it like, when do you move in, etc etc...???

Next is a blog about my bike. I have been doing so well lately at riding my bike everywhere. 5 or so miles to work, back to the bus, to lab at school, to Ryan's house. And the weather has been great! This morning was no different. I wore a denim skirt (with spandex underneath of course). About an hour before I was supposed to go home from work, the thunder clouds rolled in. It poured rain for my ride home, I got tons of dirt on my skirt and and shirt. Shoot. Damn. Smelled like a wet, sweaty cheesesteak. Laundry time!

  1. A wet, sweaty cheesesteak, yum! You might need some oxyclean and let things soak for a couple of hours. I feel sorry for people I see riding their bikes when it is pouring rain. I feel equally as sorry when I see cyclists laboring up Hatch road. I trust your beautiful little head was protected by a helmet?

  2. Yep, I had a helmet. Unfortunately, I chain it to my bike so it was all wet too and ruined my lovely straightened hair.

  3. Ah I remember those times. Got soaked my first day in the mission field in my suit =P And another total drenching in our regular attire where we were picked up by some awesome members, I didn't think our bikes would stay in their trunk =P I feel for you Becks, biking in a downpoor is so not fun =[ But congrats on your determinations to Bike it =]
